Dear MSU Colleagues and Friends: The beauty of the campus is likely one of the most endearing qualities that we carry with us from our experiences at Michigan State University. The graceful settings that embraces Beaumont Tower or which envelop the Red Cedar River are likely pictures you visualize when you remember your time on campus. The Campus Master Plan, as adopted by the Board of Trustees, recognizes the need to both protect and enhance the campus landscape. Future enhancements will focus on enriching our existing assets such as the W. J. Beal Botanical Garden and adding green space with a rich landscape palette to the property south of the river. | ![]() Shaw corridor now |
