The Parent’s Fund is an annual campaign that allows parents of MSU
students to show their support to the University by making a donation.
The gifts made to the Parent’s Fund help to complement the educational
experience of present, as well as future Spartans. These donations help
support the needs of their student that may otherwise go unmet.

The programs and facilities that are enhanced through the support
of parents increase the value of every MSU student’s degree.
Although the parents who are not alumni do not get configured in
with our participation rate, they do help MSU maintain its role
in higher education due to their financial support
This campaign is entirely supported by parents of MSU students.
We will be calling the parents of current freshman, sophomore,
junior and senior students, as well as parents of alumni who donated
while their son/daughter attended Michigan State University.
Many parents believe that tuition dollars should cover the
educational experience of their students. However, this is not the
case. A real college education not only includes academics, but the
experiences and memories made during their years at MSU. Every extra
dollar contributed towards non tuition covered programs and groups on
campus will help mold our children to be the best future leaders.”
