The corporate In-house campaign program began in 1981 with Ford Motor Company. In addition to Ford Motor Company, campaigns are currently conducted annually by Dow Chemical, and Dow Corning, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Dow Chemical/Retirees and Deloitte & Touche. Since 1981, almost $12 million has been raised through in-house campaigns.
MSU Corporate Alumni In-house Campaigns are an excellent way to build team work within a corporation while at the same time supporting higher education. These campaigns encourage support to MSU and instill a sense of pride for each participating alumnus. The financial support received by MSU is needed for program enhancements, student scholarships, faculty endowments and other projects that are essential to MSU's stature as an institution of academic excellence. Conducting an In-house campaign also improves the bond between the corporation and MSU. This bond has often resulted in additional recruiting on campus and generous contributions for academic programs by the corporation.
